In July of My wife and I decided to purchase a bedroom set at said store. The saleman, BART BISHOP, gave us a written Signed quote for a bedroom set in their flyer. He did not have the set physically in the store, so he sent us to another store to view. My wife liked it, and called BART BISHOP back for him to order said set. The payments were deferred 3 months. We received the furniture delivered in about 3 weeks.
The gentlemen tried to give us an additional piece of furniture that we didn't order in the delivery and we declined it. The delivery slip we got had a much larger payment amount on it but I did not think anything about it because I figured that that price was not the sale price that we purchased our set for.in November we received the first bill and promptly made a payment. We continued to make payments until in January we received a bill for ANOTHER BEDROOM SET at the higher price that was on the delivery slip.
After numerous attempts to clear this up, I have gotten the runaround from BART BISHOP every time I call. I'm promptly paying the bill even though the cost is THREE TIMES the quote given to us PLUS interest. I continue to call but no return calls even when I tried to speak to his superior.
