Defective recliners Lane says is normal wear. Seam coming apart torn lining, rumpled cushions, actual tear in back of one recliner Tupelo Mississippi

This second set of recliners which still carry the warranty showed wear imme diately seams pulled apart, cushions are rumpled. Actual tear in one chair. Contacted Lane Furniture they sent a repair person to take pictures which didn't to justice to the furniture. Lanes stated it was normal wear and they would do nothing. We paid $1300.00 for the pair and they look like we bought them used
