WaterProdcuts.com, Quality products, Excellent Service, Perfect Water... More like FAIL!
My sister recommended a hand held shower head from Sprite, that has a filter, She bought hers a Lowes. They didn't have anymore at the store when I went to buy one. I looked on Amazon.com and they were very expensive, about 50 dollars, when my sister paid 39. She sent me the link to WaterProdcuts.com and the same shower-head was about 37. So I ordered it and they sent me my reciept that said the total was 49.30 with shipping and everything. Thats fine. I get another invoice that says the same thing. I get the prodcut in the mail, the mailed invoice says NOTHING! Under price and total, its blank. Hmmm.
Then when I check my bank, they took out 50.54! I only use my bank for one bill, so I only added the specific amount to be paid to these jackasses, and just by taking the extra unauthorized amount they messed up my account for my bill and I had to scramble at the last minute to add some extra bucks. VERY ANNOYING!
So I called them and emailed them, they only emailed me back and said Oh, SORRY! It was for Sales Tax! WHAT? I'm all for paying sales tax, but why was it not accurately shown on my bill and receipt? Amazingly the REAL total was only shown in my bank. I find this unfair and inconvenient to me as the consumer, and I believe they need to calculate the tax better for less misunderstandings that piss people off. THANKS!
I do not recommend this place, its shady. Just spend the extra dollar and get things from Amazon!!! I learned my lesson.
