I had purchased goods from on the 30/11 on the internet from the Computer Memory Store. I am mostly not satisfied with the service. Firstly I get a wrong way bill number. Now my stuff is stuck at customs.
They sent an invoice that is showing the incorrect amount paid. The amount shown is a total of 40$. When the invoice you e-mailed to me shows 206.34$. There is a fine of 250$ that I must pay because of them lowering the invoice amount. This fine is for under declaring. This is payable to the South African Customs. I have to pay to get the parcel. DHl tells me that must get reimbursed from the supplier as this was their mistake and I did not ask for them to do this.
This not acceptable to me. SA (South African) customs takes this as being a very serious offence. I have tried sending e-mails to them but they do not reply.
