ADT Worst experiance with a company in my life

First let me preface this by saying I am a former emergency dispatcher for ADT.

This problem started back in Nov. My then boyfriend was broken into and he got ADT service with a 3 year contract. We had 2 window/door sensors and a motion. For time that he lived their it was fine. Problems started when he moved to another apartment in the same complex (larger since we were getting married). We started having problems. They are as listed.

1) To have the system installed someone came out and couldn't get it to work so he left it to return the next day with the "missing part". I have photo's to prove that he left it danging on the wall.

2) The above happened about a week prior to our wedding. After the wedding we went on an month and a half honeymoon. When we returned we called ADT to come out and finish the installation. We set up the appointment and no one showed up.

3) Called and set up another appointment. Someone showed up and said that since we was in the repair department that he couldn't finish the install. (I would later become a good friend of his since he was to come and fix it TWO more times)

4) They sent out the orignal installer who fixed it and said everything was set up to go. We notice that at random the wall system would beep. We would also receive calls from ADT for losing communication with the system.

5) Called to have the beeping and communication loss looked at. Repair man came out and noticed that the tamper switch inside the system was missing or broken. He doesn't know what's wrong so he calls his co-worker who comes and together they try to fix it. His fix? He rolls up a piece of paper and shoves it into to hold the tamper switch down.

6) Still getting beeping. Still having communication losses. The original repair man comes and looks at it and fixes the communication loss and says that is the reason for the beeping.

7) Beeping continues and the repair man from the above returns. We find out that they never switched the apartment numbers from the original apartment (by this point it was 4 months ago) and that they had to close the original account to open a new account to make everything work. The tamper switch isn't working and that the paper that was holding it no longer works. After being in the apartment for 5 hours he finally calls around and gets it fixed.

8) This morning we forgot the alarm was on (our mistake) and it goes off. I turned it off via key pad, and ADT calls. I give them the keyword but non the less they dispatch. We call to find out why and they can't release any information. I later find out it's due to them not moving the information over to the new account from the old account so the code words, the call before dispatching list and everything else is gone.

We are paying for the service the entire time.

I'm at the end of my rope with ADT. They are the worst alarm company in the world and as soon as our contract is up we are dropping them. Do not get an alarm with adt.
