I was double billed for lawn treatment service ($499.00), in Dec. Of 2008 and has yet to have the company (Ecological Pest Elimination) credit the money back to my credit card. Since Dec. Of My yard has been treated two times. I've called their office on several occassion and finally talked to Mr. Neil in early March and was told that the matter is being taken care of and would be resolved shortly.
