I, too, am a very dissatisfied customer of Ecological Pest Elimination in Spring Hill. I am not a disgruntled employee. I am someone who paid Craig Neal for a year's worth of pest control service up front and who is now left holding the bag. Service was supposed to be automatic once a month but I have had to call the company several times in order to schedule my own service. If I hadn't done that two months in a row, my lawn would never have been treated. I have set up special appointments and rearranged my schedule to wait for Craig Neal to come to my home for different problems and he does not show up when he says he will. He has had every excuse in the book for not showing up. I have called many times and left messages about the weeds in my yard (which were supposedly sprayed during my last service) and I have not received a return call. Now their office phone number is being forwarded to a cell phone, which is also not being answered. I, too, have been told that he has closed up shop here in Spring Hill and is moving north to start a new business in the WIldwood/Bushnell area. Buyers, beware. He has taken our money and we have not received the services we were promised.
