Our side by side Kenmore refrigerator went out after 5 years. The warranty was up on Feb. 20th 2009. I called for repair service on Friday and they set me up for Saturday between 8 and 5. The technician showed up at 4 and replaced a part and left at 5. The service was great. The technician was very friendly answered all my question The only thing that bothered me was that it was not covered under the warranty.
