I had a problem with my water heater so I called M & M Plumbing at 6311 N. Pulaski in Chicago, IL. I spoke to Mac, who told me he charges $135.00 per hour plus parts and the first hour is guaranteed which I agreed to.
He worked for a total of 20-25 minutes and made $135.00 but that wasn't "lotto" enough for him. The greedy gouger charged me $65.00 for a $15.00 valve I could have bought from any hardware store.
Considering the job site was less than 5 minutes from his office, I believe he deserves a "dishonorable" mention!
