The leader spends more time trying to sell me a new air filter. I was born but, it wasnt yesterday. The reverse vaccuum system gets set on 1 supply vent, (not a return) the one closest to the front door for convenience. It makes a bunch of noise like a great vaccuum but i see the tube that leading to the vent and machine is collapsed/collapsing causing restricted air flow. I'mm like hey this isnt right. I poke at it and move it but they says its working.
Another guy with a shop vac is doing vents quickly. He went downstairs and was back up in a minute...?? I couldn't get a register off that quick let alone vaccuum too. Well they are done in like 15-20 minutes. Now i just had the oak floors sanded, hence the duct cleaning, and the dust is yellow in color. I know there is a lot of it. I look inside the machine where the dirt is supposed to be collecting... Nothing, nadda. I ask where is the yellowish dust and dirt? Oh, its in there says the leader.
Now, the anti bacteria sprayer comes out... I gotta say i couldnt see anything coming out of that thing. Put my hand in front of it looking for some residue, but again, nothing.
Closed a vent in the basement 2 days later and get a face full of dust. That prompted me to have them come back as satisfaction is guaranteed. They made 2 appointments to redo ad they stiffed me twice. Waiting for a return call as i write this.
They are the same company as the last complaint... Phone number in company retort has a last digit that is 1 number off from their fax. Skokie, il.
