This company advertised inTheHomeMag for duct cleaning $37.99. When they arrived, they calimed that my duct system is made of fiber glass, they charged me $175. Since the lead guy Jay told me they are NADCA certified, I agreed to the cleaning. They hooked a blue primitive looking box to one of my vent and run on my electricity for half an hour. That was their cleaning. I made them open each vent and checked. They were all full of dust. Then they used a bagpack vacuum to clean each entrance of the vents. After they left, my daughter and me started coughing. We smelled dust for more than two days. My furniture has more dust than ever. I checked online that they are not NADCA member as they claimed. I called them and questioned their business with their manager. They told me they will send the prove of their business and refund me $100. I told them I don't want their refund, I want them to come back to fix the problem. It has been two weeks, I neither receive anything from mail nor heard from them. I stopped the check by paying $25 fee to the bank.
