Lou agreed to install a sun room for us; we gave him 12k up front as a deposit; He never showed up or called the week he was to begin... For 3 months he had a different excuse as to why he couldn't come. When we asked for the money back since he clearly was never going to build the sunroom, he refused to give us our money back saying that he had spent it all on the permits, plans etc... So now we are down 12 with no sunroom... He never even put a shovel in the ground. Of course he now refuses to take our calls.
