Roof was inspected by CSI, Inc., on 2 Jul 08, found hail damage. Contacted Insurance company, they inspected on 5 Sep 08, and agreed to pay claim.
I turned over first installment check ($2,439.25), to CSI on 4 Oct 08, and was told work would start in a bout 4-6 weeks. Company called in November said they were backlogged in getting supplies and that it would be about 8-10 weeks before they can begin. I called the Company again on 20 Mar 09, and was told materials were coming in the next week, on 24 Mar 09, I called back to see if materials came in. I cannot get in touch with anyone now at CSI, Inc., office and FAX numbers are disconnected. Only other number I have is Customer Service (303) 872.7060, which goes directly to voicemail (for Deanna). I have left several messages with no response. Is there anyone out there that may have some suggestions about this company?
