Purcahsed a kit to install a four Seasons solarium. Salesperson stated Co would provided plans, video and assist to get started. No video available. The plans were incomplete and inaccurate. Multiple calls to Mr. Lopez in Tellytown no results. Finally the service manager sent two russian men from Tellytown and they stated plans were not accurate and would not proceed to install. Contacted headquarters in NY they sent a very qualified installer. He stated the plans needed to be reworked by him and glass was missing from the kit that was purchased. He installed the kit and 80% of the glass failed the first winter. The company will not make good on the glass and the installer stated there was no way a homeowner could of installed the kit the way it was sold. Now the installer wants another fee to remove the failed glass and re install new glass the company wants me to payfor although it should be under warranty. The installer has never experienced such a attitude toward a customer and cannot correct the problem without cooperation form the Co. If any one is out there unless you want to end up with these problems avoid Al Lopez at Tellytown and have a lawyer in your back pocket. If any lawyer is willing to help me since now I would need to hire one along with all the rest of the problems it becomes over the top for me.
