Lied to the customer to make themselves look right

Ordered glass for cabinets. Talked to salesclerk (Ashley). We chose a pattern for the glass. At this time she told us the pattern comes in 1/8 inch. I had to talk to the installer if the size is ok. I paid a deposit of 100.00.

I got the ok from the installer and called Ashley back and told her 1/8 inch is OK. Latter that day she called and said it was ready to pick up.

Upon pick up it was raining and I put the glass in the car. When I showed my wife the glass it had the wrong pattern on it. Upon taking it to the store Ashley said that was the pattern we chose but she was lying to keep her job. At that time Mr. Garmon and his daughter came out and said I was confused and refused to give me a refund on the glass. Even though the fault was with the clerk, he wanted a 20% restocking fee. Very poor customer sevice...
