Their workmen did not fully complete a fairly simple, mundane job as they initially agreed to do, even though I was polite and patient with them and paid them in full at a cost of about $75 per hour! I eventually decided to finish the job myself using my own materials, tools and know-how rather than have them on my property one more minute. Their behavior was at times very unprofessional and even insulting. I'd rather do it myself than have to put up with their smart-assed attitudes and hit-and-miss approach. The office/phone people are very polite and friendly (no surprise there), but at least a couple of their on-site workers acted like arrogant, half-smart jerks. I will never use their company's services again under any circumstances for anything.
