Appliance Zone is an unethical ripoff business!!!
Ordered dishwasher part on 10-4. Was placed on backorder 3 times. Cancelled order on 12-6. Was supposed to receive refund within 2 to 3 weeks. No response from them, so initiated chargeback with credit card Co. On 12-27. I then ordered part from another Co.
Appliancezone then shipped part on 12-29. Did not realize it was from them until looked at packing list. Requested return shipping label several times. They were protesting chargeback through paypal so I faxed cancellation receipt and all receipts to credit card Co.
I then received return label from warehouse that shipped it to us, on 1-27. Was picked up on 1-29 and received by them on 2-2. Appliancezone then recharged me for the merchandise. I faxed copies of shipping labels to credit card Co. And they have made a chargeback to appliancezone.
They are protesting it through paypal and since they only request information from merchants, they only know that I have received the merchandise. I called and gave them the information from the shipping labels to let them know it had been returned.
This has been extremely frustrating as there has been no final closure. And everything has to be repeated again and again.
