CEO Jim Allen has put together a real terrible company here and is embarrassing the good state of Indiana. They will sell you anything they can and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN the item no matter what.
THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A TELEPHONE NUMBER. They are definitely hiding something there because they do have a number: (812) 738-5150. Why else will they not talk to you? They claim its to save costs - BULL!
THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION and then deny the return for any reason they want. Make sure you use a credit card that will charge back this creep Jim Allen - that is what we did and we kept the part too!
THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS ADDRESS for their scam headquarters. Again - they are hiding.
Do not buy from this creep and tell everyone you know not to buy from them. Lets put jim allen out of business!
