I called SunSetter Products to order some replacement parts for the deck awning we purchased from them in 2000. The part I needed was sold in 6 foot seperate pieces to make up the long length of awning in wich I needed 3 pieces. They quoted a price of 9.95 for each piece plus a shipping fee of 7.95. I asked how much shippng for all three strips shipped together and was told that the shipping charges are based per piece even when they are all shipped together. These are liteweight alum. Strips 1 inch wide by 6 foot long which weigh next to nothing. I asked how they could justify a nearly 24.00 dollar shipping charge and was told all parts have a set shipping charge no matter if they are shipped together. This is rediculous and a ripoff.
