I responded To an ad for Heating/AC Tune up $19.00,11 point tune up, after the technician checked List an estimate for $299.00 was given replace contactor, replace transformer and clean, or condition coil, add freon. Then, the technician advised that relay was iffy, which he removed, so air, heat doesn't work at all now. This was done on 3-25-03.
Tracy Hall tech #756598, phone 967-6428 cell phone probable, unknown area code, but he did answer calls as to when he may return to complete assignment, he said when warehouse receives relay, or maybe friday, or saturday 3-28-03,3-29-03 no show.
My debit card was billed for $304.00, I would like to be reimbursed for all charges, with exception of $19.00 service, Tracy kept the parts, however the bill states 90 day warranty parts/30 days labor, that I want them to comply with, the bill is not itemized for costs of contactor, or transformer, the relay was to be no charge to me.
I have receipt forbilling, and company work sheet.
Florida State License # cac021315. Thank you for your time and assistance, the relay does need to be installed, so hopefully this will be done by the company, or another technician, or reputable company, if that is an alternative. Thank you again.
