We called them to fix our front door lock. They came and fix on Dec 30. It cost $553 total with labor.

Last night (Feb 20) the lock they fixed jammed.
We called other place, just because we did not have the phone number. They fixed the lock and charged $189. Even it was after 8pm.

I think it tells you everything.
