On 10-16 The locksmith was not able to unlock my front door, but let me in the back. When I attempted to unlock my front door with the key, the key would not even go more than 1/4 inch into the lock.
I called 3 hours after he left and was told to call back on 10-19 to speaK to customer service. I spoke with "Robert", who informed me that there was a slim possibility that the locksmith broke my lock but he would speak to management and the locksmith and call me back.
I called again on 10-26, spoke with Robert again, who told me the locksmith had been out of town but that he would call me back. I have not heard a word from this company.
I have tried numbers for their Florida office 866-429-9485 and a San Diego office also to no avail. I am on continuous hold.
