I ordered my elite aluminum fence from Summit Fence Supply, Inc. And they where so nice at first, made me believe that they had a huge company with all this good history and experience. I was misled. Summit Fence is run out one guys house and has only have one employee, they do not return your calls after you give them your money. They do not give you any service about your order.
They are just reselling products from the manufacture and have no products in stock, so it takes 3-4 weeks to get your aluminum fence.
I have been installing fence for the last 18 years and I have been buying aluminum fence online for my customers for the last 4 years due to lower prices available through online retailers, and I have never had such a worse experience.
Plus once the fence got to my customers house, 9 out of 15 sections where damaged and I had to file a claim with the shipping company to get a refund and then reorder the fence from another company since Summit Fence would not help me.
Worst experience I have ever had, I am sure that this company has done good business in the past, but they do not care about the customer once they get your money.
