I complained to ronco show time that all my knives was rusting and I was not paying for shipping or handleing because I would of pyed more then the knives was worth.) n June 18, they sent UPS to my home to pick up my knives and said they would replace them free of charge. (I still have a copy of the ups shipping order) Well here it is October the 14th and no knives. You can't call them because they put you on hold for hours. They do not reply to U.S. Mail, and they do not reply to e mails. Some one should close them down so they can stop ripping people off!
