Popeil Inventions, R.P. Productions, Castle Advertising 2 Ronco's 25 piece knife set with inject, one knife was missing price-59.90/ never received 40 piece flatware 29.85 and scissor set 16.88- Total cost of 223.72

In December I purchase 2 Ronco's 25 piece knife set with inject / price $59.90. Unfortunately when I opened the box I expected to see the 25 piece knife set and I saw only 24. One is missing in one set. The knife that is missing is the Ronco rocker. Also I did not receive the 40 piece flatware that sold for 29.85. I also did not get my 10 piece scissor set that was $16.88. The total order cost me 223.72. The date that it was shipped was December 17.

I have tried to call Ronco to resolve this problem many times at the 800 # that is provided on their web site. There is no one there to take my call. I have emailed them at the email address that is provided on their site and the email address comes back.

As you can image, I am very upset about this. I am 82 years old and I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this kind of loss.
