What a joke. I've spent over 3hrs on hold at 800-555-4615. I receive responses from reps who say, "You need to call us and answer a few questions first". Okay... I've tried that about 20 times now. Or use our portal and live chat... It only works on Windows! So, now what? You freakin' morons!!! I'm glad CC is going out of business. Good riddance, you losers.
