He took a picture of my girfriends back side and when she told him that she would turn around and smill for him he walked off then i got a tresspass letter saying that i had to kick her out or get evictied so i did and she had no pl;ace or any one so she killed herself now he spise on me and any women that comes over he hitsw on and if she wont then they get trespassed or tsalked about to other resedence he spises on me all the time ive got pictures of hem in theoffice in the dar4k watching the camras to see what every one is doing he sits in the dark in the t v room across the hall to see every thing i do he looks in my windows to see what im doing he listins at my door ive got footprints in the snow at my windows in my camar5a too he looks in our apts with spyglasses he has put niebor agenst niebor so he can have spys. I hate my home now. I have called every one to complain to but they protect each other saying he has the right to do tesethings. H e l p please
