Survey Rating Changed From Five to One After Dryer Repair

I was pleased with the service mans work on my dryer. I filed out an on line survey with a rating of 5. I hit the submit button and the rating changed to a one. I would like this incorrect rating changed back to a 5. The techs Sears number is 0007084
