Owner Michael D. Van Horn came to give an estimate on putting down ceramic tile in a bathroom shower stall. He seemed to be legitimate, polite, well manered, honest, knowledgable.
He asked for a $300 deposit which was paid by check. After I purchased the tile, a few weeks later, I called him and he said he was too busy to do the work and I should find someone else. He said he would return the deposit. After serveral months and many unanswered phone calls, I was able to reach him and he said he would send the check in 1 week. Its been many months since then. He doesn't return phone calls.
Do not use this person/company for any of your work. Dishonest and stole $300 from me.
