The company represented by Michael Crosse gave us an estimate for the installation of a fence which they would provide. After giving them a $4000 deposit, in the beginning of June we basically never heard from them again.
We had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on and after several bogus excuses and several months had passed, we contacted the department of consumer affairs.
A few months after that they finall gave us $2000 back and said they would send us the other $2000 by the first week in December. They never did. I had to file a small claims action against them which they failed to appear. Now I have to file the judgment against them and execute a lien against their account.
The company is basically a bunch of thieves. Do not contract with them and do not trust anything they say or do.
Most importantly do not give them a deposit for anything. Let them do the work first. The other important thing to remember is that eventhough they will give you a lifetime guarantee you will never be able to reach them again since they do not return telephone calls.
