No will answer the phone

Placed my order and two days later my account is charged. I check on the order status after two weeks nothing has changed. I have been calling every day since to check the status and no one will asnwer the phone. It is now three later and still no one will answer the phone. I have sent two email to customer service and no reply. My wife has sent an email and she is calling every day also. I used their phone director to get extension and no one will answer the phone. This place must be a scam, no legitimate business would operate this way. I have left multi voice mail on phone also.
