I have been trying to resolve an issue for approximately 2 months with an order I placed before their so-called "system upgrade" took place. Apparently, since the end of October, their "system upgrade" is still not finalized, according to the message I get when trying to view my status with an order I placed. I also can't correct my shipping address online due to the same "system upgrade". I've tried getting help when calling their customer service number and that's a joke! I can't get anyone to answer the #2 option (check status of order, etc.). I was on hold for approximately 20-30 minutes and then the phone disconnects. I've tried #4 for webpage and it automatically goes to a fast busy signal. The only option (#1) that has someone answer is to place a new order... Of course! And they can't help so they transfer me to customer service... Which no one answers the phone. I have been a Chadwick's customer for over 20 years and this is the first that their service has really disappointed me. I don't know what's going on with their business but they keep it up as is and they won't have one. They will lose customers, including myself. I hope they resolve the issues soon, because they have charged my credit card and I have yet to receive any items.
