Sent order confirmation but never sent shipping date. Cannot reach by phone or internet

Placed order for Snuggie on line and received an order confirmation on 12/1. Have never received shipping information. Customer service number is always busy.
Supposedly they ship in two to six weeks. To date there hasn't been any credit card activity.
