Dave Harvey and Neil Price were very good at coming to my home and telling me they would get the insurance company to buy me a whole new roof that was damaged in a wind storm.
Dave is the owner and Neil is the salesman.
They did the job in good time, but are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The said a lot of things but never held up their end. They never gave me a receipt when I made an initial payment for materials on notebook paper because the were out of company letterhead, they never put up a company sign in my yard, the promised my a 5 year labor warranty but have yet to come out and bring any paperwork. Even when I cut Dave the last check he didn't want it made out to Dart Home Improvement. There are a lot of shady tactics this guy pulls.
I've called owner Dave Harvey every day for 2 weeks and he returned my call only once. He said he would come out to the home and look at the repair work and he never did.
My chimney flashing is falling off and my roof drip edge line is raising up. Dave hasn't come out to the house to fix these small issues and the roof was completed November.
I would stay away from this guy and company. If a home improvement price sounds too good to be true, it is. Dave Harvey is a scammer and quickly scurries away when this job is unofficially done and doesn't care if the home owner is satisfied.
