A gentlemen came to our house in late fall of 2008 and referred to this site and advised he was with Dart and wanted to get the issue taken care of for Dave Harvey. He had a picture of "our roof" that wasn't ours. Our next door neighbor, was present and said that the picture was not of our roof. Our neighbor was present the entire time while this person was looking at the damage inside the house; this gentleman than went up to the roof, he saw and advised that the roof was crap and shingles were not being held down correctly; when he went into the attic he also saw where the nails actually came through the roof and the nails were laying in the attic. The roof looks like a pin cushion. We were assured that the roof would be replaced the next week. Of course, this never happened.
So far, we have a bathroom and bedroom ceiling that need to be replaced. Now to add insult to injury, the kitchen ceiling has a leak. We just re-did our kitchen 2-1/2 years ago and now the new ceiling will need to be replaced too. This was a brand new ceiling. We spent a lot of time and money to do our kitchen. Right now, we are looking at around $10,000 in damages (this doesn't include the possible mold cleanup) just inside the house alone. If the roof is not replaced, the damages are going to get worse.
Someone needs to send us an angel to get this taken care of, because we can't afford it any other way.
