I gave this man 51K towards an addition to the back of my home. He has taken over a year, and I still do not have a completed room. He put holes in my sheet rock in other parts of the house, did not pay men who worked for him and they reported he threatened them with bodily harm when they asked for their paycheck at the end of the week. He left the roof unshingled, which caused water damage to the rest of the house. I had to pay someone else to complete the roof and install doors and windows to keep out the elements. All of this was included in the contract with him. He has tried to file bankruptcy 3 times in a little over a year. He has multiple lawsuits listed on the internet in the state of Missouri at case.net. He transferred his real estate into his step mother's name to protect it from creditors. Workers have reported he has stolen thier tools from them and then listed them on Craig's list and sold them. I have created a blog at http://creatingahome1. Blogspot.com/.
