Freedom Air replaced 3 toilets in my home with 3 Toto model number CST743E-01 toilets. I have a 3-year Preventive Maintenance Agreement with this company which entitles me to discounts on their products and services.
I was informed that the toilets retailed for over $500 and that the normal price for one to be replaced was $600, including the removal of the old toilet. But because of my discount with the PMA, and if I replaced 3 at once, I would pay $450 for each toilet or $1,350 plus tax. This is what I paid.
Subsequently, I have come to learn that the new toilets I had installed retailed for only $318 each and could easily be had online for under $175 each. When I called to question the company about this, they refused to believe me until I showed them the websites. The sales rep told me that she was not at liberty to give me a refund, but that the owners would return my call within the week. Three weeks have passed, I have not received a call, and when I called back I was told that no one could help me.
