The Tech Scott told me my toilet was no good. A new toilet w/five yr guarantee cost $845. New TOILET A Couple days later it leaked like my other TOILET had. I called & complained about the toilet seat & leaking toilet. I received an ADVERTISEMENT saying TOILET REG PRICE $649. Now $299.instalation free. It's There Preimum toilets. Tina said SCOTT VOGA TEC would have to ok the refund. When he came to repair floor 1/13/09 I showed the AD to Scott and demaned a refund. Scott stated the toilet they installed was different then the Ad., but he would refund the difference. I wanted $700 because my toilet was only about 3 YRS old and there toilet leaked. We agreed upon $555. To be refunded. I called the office and talked to Tina she told me Scott never agreed to refund the money.
