Ignores emails regarding defective bathtub/shower combo

I purchased a bathtub/bath conbo watts/vapor from alex. Following a month after using the jacuzzi tub, the control panel quit working. Alex then delivered me a different one rapidly. After 30 days it stopped working again. They delivered me a different one slower this time around. Following a month or two, it stopped working again and my emails were ignored and the telephone number wasn't operating.

Whatever you can do to assist would be appreciated. I simply want my bath working again. I want this tub for health reasons also it can't be properly used. I settled 2,000.00 for this which is useless in my experience.
