July in the process of remodeling a house, I purchased a 60" steam shower tub combo from Colorado Bath. First, they shipped me the 48" model. After refusing to accept this model as I had paid for the 60", they finally shipped me the correct one. The 48" stayed in my foyer for nearly 2 months and I could not get them to get it out. After about 2 months of being in the house, the control panel for the tub quit working. Alex shipped one quickly and made it good. Then another month went by and it quit working again. They were a little slower shipping this one.in January, we finally got it and installed it. The next month, it quit again and they promised to ship another one.in April, still no control panel and they said to take a picture of it. Alex knew which one I needed because he had already shipped me 3 others. My husband hurt his back at work, so I emailed them again to let them know just to send the panel. As of July 8, they have not responded to 4-5 emails since April. I purchased this unit for my Fibromyalsia flare ups, and it is useless to me since it does not work. This was 2,000.00 wasted. I love the shower part, but bought the unit for the tub for health reasons. Please let me know how I can sue them or if there is a class action lawsuit already ongoing, I would love to join. All I asked for was the unit to be made right and not to be ignored.
