My experience with Tennessee Wood Flooring was absolutely terrible.
I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the flooring that I received, and was treated rudely by the owner Steven (Stephen) Casey when trying to seek a resolution.in the 3 boxes we opened, 50% of the boards had "pit or pock" marks on them.in researching this, I was told that what we were seeing is called planer tearing, and would be classified as a manufacturing defect and IS NOT a natural defect. The grade I ordered was graded to include 20 to 30% of natural defects because wI wanted the color variations that come with the natural defects. "Building Grade Consists of natural defects in the 20% to 30% range."
I was very unhappy with this buying experience.
