The finish on the flooring I purchased from this company started peeling within a week of installation. Even pieces stored in a dry closet were peeling.
It took months to receive a response from the company. The response I received from the owner, Steve Casey, was rude and obnoxious. They claim to have tested a sample of the flooring I sent them but refuse to provide the results of the test.
They will not honor their warranty.
