Ordered an item from Tranquility Alley website and received an email from them on 8/22/08 stating they had processed my payment (credit card) and would soon be shipping my item.
When I did not receive my item by 9/10/08, I began emailing them and also using their "live" email help line. No response. I called the contact number on their website, which by the way is hard to locate, and only got an answering machine. Have left several messages. Called another number listed under the company name in phone listing info and left messages. No reponse from this company in any form.
I should have checked out Tranquility Alley on this website first, as there are many complaints about them. I would love to get a refund of my $60 or the item that I originally ordered, but more importantly, I hope that someone gets this company's website shut down before yet another customer is scammed!!
