Non-delivery of purchased products, refusal to respond to emails & phone calls

On July 3rd, I purchased a "Rustic Candle Alter" from Tranquility Alley's online site. After several months I contacted them and was informed that it had been on back order and that it was shipping. I have never received this item. Recent telephone calls and emails have been ignored. Do NOT purchase anything from this company!
