I purchased a piece of artwork for appx $550 via internet from Tranquility Alley in June. To date I am still waiting for it.in July I instructed my bank to clawback the money I had sent via bank transfer. The owner of Tranquility Alley ANITA BOLSONI blocked the attempt.
This woman has repeatedley ignored my numerous emails. The ones she did respond to were filled with lies, 'Your purchase is held up in US customs', 'there will be no delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill'. But nothing ever arrives!
My research has shown up dozens and dozens of other victims of this THIEF. One woman contacted me from Italy and is trying to recover over $8000! How is this woman STILL TRADING? She should be behind bars.
I have reported her to every internet complaint board I could find and also bad mouthed her to every website she sells through. Only today I have sent an email to the DAILY HERALD as I came across several stories written about this woman/company by them that showed her in a favourable light.
I shall continue to let the world know about this scheming, underhand, dog until at the very least I have my money returned.
