Mike Gordon bought a house with his now ex-wife, Juli. He had her close out her 401 (K) for the down-payment (he didn't use the money for that... He did a no money down loan and stole her money).
They purchased their house through Avalar Real Estate. He was the General Manager at the time (he and his ex-wife later bought the company... Only to find that she was defrauded out of that also) and everyone in. Volved in the purchase of the home was from Avalar or related to someone who worked at Avalar.
Mike Gordon lied to his fiancee' (this was two days before their wedding) and tricked her into signing away her rights to the house. He and his employees advised her against getting an attorney. Mike Gordon and Gayle Arrowood had her sign an Inter-Spousal Grant Deed... They weren't married at the time. (she is the loan agent and sister to Beverly Padgett, the Avalar Real Estate Agent involved in the purchase).
Intent to commit fraud is obvious. Wife left Mike Gordon and he went on a terror and harrassment campaigne. He short sold the house to an Avalar associate and appears to "buy" it back once the dust has settled. He was excused from the loan for almost $200K. More fraud.
Mike Gordon and Nancy Skolnik Bandettini have opened utility and credit card accounts using his ex-wife's name and information. They also booked a cruise using his ex-wife's identity.
Mike Gordon and Nancy Skolnik committed perjury by testifying that they did not know about the cruise (the tickets were accidentally sent to his ex, and she immediatly called the police and cancelled the trip).
Mike Gordon, John Kosta, Beverly Padgett, Fred Kusin, Nancy Skolnik and Larissa Imhaus have allegedly been involved in Real Estate Fraud, Identity Theft and Fraud as well as stalking and harrassment.
