I had an interest in their real estate business opportunity courses. After going over the details of the various courses and calling Mike's office I decided to buy Landlording on Autopilot System. The cost was $1400 with a money back guarantee if I wasn't happy. This was stated on the web site and via phone call that I had a 30 day trial. I received the course in good condition. I spent about 4 days going over the material and at the end of the 4 days contacted Mike Butler's office. I explained to them that the content wasn't much different than reading material from my local bookstore or another course I picked up on eBay. I informed them I was going to return in via UPS for a refund.
