This company gives you a low quote with the items you list. Once the movers have your belonging in the truck, you will receive a call the next day from manager (Michele) shouting in your ears, that you have exceeded cubic footage over the estimate. They charge extra cubic footage (imaginary), which even exceeds the capacity of the 26' truck.
They don't give you any chance to respond on the phone at all, as they shout at the top of their voice "ARE YOU SENDING THE MONEY OR NOT? YES/NO".
The original CSR person (usually ROSE, sweet talking person, don't believe at all) you were dealing with will not be available, and some lady named Michelle who claims to be the manager will say that she is the only person on site.
The foreman (Frankie) who comes to pick the belongings doesn't give you any papers you signed, except for inventory list. Be aware of it.
This company has been sited several times with a moving site complain center. It was my fault for not heeding the warning and going with the quote. Now I am paying more, and almost double the quote. About 3/4 more than the average quotes other movers quoted.
Warning, do not use this company if you want stress in your hands. Go with the other movers, do not fall for their low quote. I asked them about the earlier complaints, and they said that it was customers who added items and wanted the original quote. Not in this case, if ever the items were very accurate and ever less. Do not fall for the nice lady (Rose) who takes the order, once there is a problem a manager will NOT be very accomodating, and threatens to hold your belongings until you pay the balance.
Once you pay the money (they demand to be paid by Western Union), then they deliver ur belongings (sometimes they come very late evening, no concept/courtsey of informing if late). Once they come, they demand to sign the paper work without even downloading the truck. Then they take their own time to unload your belongings, and just dump them in every room, without assembling the furniture and unwrapping.
Next day when you call customer service, a new person (either Donna, Emily, Jasmine, or a spanish speaking rep) answers the phone, saying that you told the people to get out of the house, so on one will come to re-assemble the furniture, CASE CLOSED. Any repeated calls would result in disconnection, static, cross-connections, lines are busy, bad line, fax sounds, no one is available, we will call you back, Manager is in court and long silence.
And the best part, the driver and Special Movers person Osman, who unloads the truck, informs the customer service that, they re-assembled the furniture and unwrapped every thing, which is total LIES LIES. Any correspondence with CSR results in no reply at all.
Pure extortion! WARNING, DO NOT USE this movers. Check the site of complaints, and the better business bureau. Pass this message to your dear friends.
