No Bill, No access to Bill on-line, Lied to by employees

First somebody arrived doorway-to-door in my own community encouraging a diminished price than I'd been acquiring with National Electric Company. I registered. When I'dnot obtained a phone within 3 business days to verify my change, I named Amigo Power. I had been informed that I'd been already changed from National Power Organization simply because they went of enterprise which my price for that month was METHOD, a lot more compared to price I'd with National Electric Company. They stated they'd place me on the lower fixed-rate, and provide me a $75.00 credit on my next statement. I had been informed that I'd currently have the ability to move online to pay for my statement, because the consideration was today "set up". I've not had the opportunity to "spend on line", and also have not obtained a published statement in the organization. I've spoken to many of the reps and obtain another account every time. I'd prefer to spend my statement, possess a option in my own organization, and become ready to find the prices and never be "blindsided" by an excessive bill that's in the HIGEST PRICE in TX!!!
