I ordered and paid ($4851.90) for 860sq ft of flooring on 4/25/01. My invoice stating delivery within 8 weeks&6 months latter I recieved 1/2 of my order and it was the wrong material.
BeaverFloor picked-up the material on 11/29/01 and sent replacement material, again, only about 1/2 of the original order showed up.
After many phone calls and e-mails trying to get the balance of the order, I was told by Neil Martin that he did not have the same size material in stock but could send me material of a smaller width, I accepted his offer.
On 2/15/02 I received the shipment.
In March, I started to install the flooring material when I discovered the most of it was defective, I think I was sent a pallet of rejected material.
I have contacted Neil Martin at least 20 times via phone and e-mail and each time he had some sort of an excuse and would promised me he would find replacement material and send it to me.
I sent a Certified letter to the crook requesting a refund on November 23, I received a return receipt that he received the letter.
It is now December 30th. And I have been unable to talk to him, he is never in.
